Premier manufactures a complete range of Concrete Blocks and Pavers under the brand name PAVCON, engineered to deliver precision, strength, and superior durability. Our product portfolio includes Solid Blocks, Hollow Blocks, Splitter Blocks, Coloured Pavers, Kerb Stones, Saucer Drains, and EPS Blocks, serving residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors across India.

At our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Mahindra World City, Jaipur, we operate a fully automated Vibro-Compact technology with an innovative automated material handling system, eliminating manual unloading and ensuring consistent, high-quality output. With an installed capacity to produce 1,500 Concrete Blocks and 4,500 Pavers per hour, PAVCON ensures both scale and precision in production.

The plant uses a sophisticated compartment batching system with an imported planetary mixer and advanced moisture control equipment  ensuring homogeneity, high finish, and dimensional accuracy in every product. All PAVCON Pavers conform to IS 15658:2006 standards for precast concrete blocks.

Our imported, specially hardened steel moulds deliver exceptional surface finish, consistent texture, and precise geometry. Each product undergoes strict testing in our in-house laboratory, equipped with AMIL-certified instruments for compressive strength, transverse load, water absorption, and density testing. No material leaves our facility without full conformance to Premier’s quality benchmarks.

EPS Blocks – Smart, Sustainable, and Efficient

Alongside our concrete range, PAVCON also produces Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Blocks, an advanced and eco-friendly construction solution. These blocks are lightweight yet structurally strong, offering excellent thermal and sound insulation for energy-efficient buildings. EPS Blocks help reduce structural load, enhance temperature regulation, and significantly lower energy consumption by 50%, making them ideal for walls, partitions, roofing, and affordable housing.
